1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the country in which you reside.
- You must not be barred from receiving the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction (including sanctions, embargoes or anti-money-laundering rules).
- You may register only one (1) account per natural person. Multiple accounts, household accounts, or accounts created on behalf of a third party are prohibited.
2. Account Registration and KYC
To use the Service you must create an account and complete our identity-verification (“KYC”) process by providing a valid government-issued identity document and a real-time selfie. You are responsible for keeping the information up to date and accurate. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account if KYC fails, if we suspect the documents are not genuine, or if we are unable to verify the information you have provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity that occurs through your account. You must notify us immediately at support@earnbridge.pro if you suspect any unauthorised use.
3. The Tasks
EarnBridge offers a marketplace of micro-tasks (place reviews, surveys, content actions and similar activities) that may yield a small remuneration when completed in accordance with the relevant brief. Tasks are offered on a non-exclusive, voluntary basis and the availability, the brief, the eligibility criteria and the remuneration of any task may change at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of a task does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and EarnBridge or any third-party brand featured in a task. You act as an independent contributor.
You undertake, in connection with each task you accept:
- to follow the instructions provided in the brief honestly and accurately;
- to disclose, where the brief requires it, that the action is performed as part of a paid contribution;
- to comply with the rules of any third-party platform on which the task is performed (including Google, Meta, marketplaces and similar services);
- to refrain from posting any false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise unlawful content.
4. Payouts
- Successfully completed and validated tasks are credited to your in-app balance in the local currency displayed at the time the task was accepted.
- You may request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in your dashboard. Payouts are processed to the e-wallet or bank account you have linked and which has been verified through KYC.
- Payout processing times depend on the payment provider and may range from a few minutes to several business days.
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligation arising from the amounts you receive. EarnBridge does not deduct taxes at source unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to cancel, claw back or freeze a credited amount if we discover, after the fact, that the underlying task was completed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
5. Sign-up Bonus and Promotions
From time to time we may offer a sign-up bonus or other promotional credit. Such promotions are subject to specific eligibility, anti-fraud and wagering rules disclosed at the moment of the offer. Bonuses are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value until they are released to your withdrawable balance, and may be withdrawn or revoked if abused.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The integrity of the platform depends on every contributor playing fair. You must not, and you must not allow any third party to:
- create, control or use more than one account, whether directly or through proxies, family members, virtual machines or VPNs;
- submit fake, AI-generated, copied or paid-for reviews where the brief requires first-hand experience;
- impersonate another person, falsify KYC documents, or use a payment account that does not belong to you;
- interfere with, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise misuse the Service or its underlying systems;
- upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Service;
- use the Service to launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions or taxes;
- collect, harvest or process other users’ personal data without their consent;
- breach the rules or terms of any third-party platform on which a task is performed.

7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, hold your balance, and refuse a payout if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account has been compromised, that we are required to do so by law, or that the continued operation of your account presents a fraud, security or compliance risk. Where a balance is held in connection with a suspected breach, we will notify you of the outcome of our review and release any amount that is ultimately confirmed as legitimate.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@earnbridge.pro. Closure does not extinguish liabilities you may already have incurred.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, brand and content (other than user content), is owned by EarnBridge or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
By submitting content through a task (a review, a photo, a survey response, a message), you grant EarnBridge and the brand commissioning the task a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display and distribute that content for the purposes of operating, promoting and improving the Service. You confirm that you own the content or have all the rights necessary to grant this licence.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any specific volume of tasks, or any specific level of earnings, will be available to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnBridge, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of payouts paid to you by EarnBridge in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EarnBridge and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) the content you submit; (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (iv) your wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Force Majeure
EarnBridge is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyber-attacks, internet outages, or actions of payment-service providers.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties shall first try to resolve any dispute amicably by writing to support@earnbridge.pro. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) under its rules in force, by a sole arbitrator, in Kuala Lumpur, in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a competent court.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shown at the top of the page reflects when the latest version took effect. Material changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Earnings Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and EarnBridge.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganisation, merger or sale.
- Notices. We may give notice by email, in-app message or by posting on the Service.
